Make Easy WoW Gold in TBC
The Outland is one of the best places to farm for items that are worth a lot of gold in Warcraft, items such as motes which turn into primals are great to farm for easy money.
One of my favorite places is Hellfire Peninsula to grind for motes of shadow from the Voidwalkers on the eastern edge. In a 2 hour run, I can get about 2-3 primals and thats a simple 50+ gold plus some green drops worth between 5-15 gold a piece and some silver for each kill.
Here’s another place I enjoy grinding is Nagrand for Thick Clefthoof Leather because I am a skinner. These are great for a high level LW and go for a really good price on the AH.
Nagrand also offers a lot of mote drops if you aren’t a skinner, around the Oshu’Gun you can farm motes of shadow from Voidspawns and south from there on the edge are Rumblers that drop motes of earth.
The Netherstorm is a nice place to farm for netherweave cloth, I believe this is the best place to grind for it, the name of the area says it all! You can pick this cloth up [all over|left and right from the multiple humanoids that are scattered throughout Netherstorm, not to mention Sunfury Signets that are very great sellers.
Terokkar Forrest is a great place for grinding, if you aren’t level 70, even if you are already level 70, you can still pick up a lot of great drops in this area such as Arakkoa Feathers that the Talonite bird-guys drop, these sell very well on the AH.
Another big gold maker is the Spiders Silk in Terokkar Forrest, (Netherweb)… These bad boys go for an easy 10G each and you can grab about a stack every hour if you are good! I have a Hunter and I send my pet in to do my dirty work while I go off and fetch 2 or 3 more spiders then send the pet after them, using Beatial Wrath which makes him stronger, taking out 3 or 4 spiders in one swoop, rest up and repeat, in 2 hours I average about 25-30 of these spider webs and that is simple gold!
