Is it possible to download Xbox 360 games online, and play them on your Xbox?
Like, for example, through Azureus Vuze I can download torrent videos and play them on my Xbox 360. Can I do the same with games, like Beautiful Katamari?
Also can I do it with non 360 games? Like PS2 games reformatted for Xbox?

yes. you have to have a modded xbox 360 and to play the game you need to burn the ~7gb file to a dual layer dvd r. there are tutorials and more information that you can search up on google. i dont think you can play other console games on the xbox 360. maybe some original xbox games.
i got my xbox modded by some people i found on craigslist. they did it for 20 bucks and gave me a free game also. it works fine and works on xbox live also. i downloaded more games after finding a forum that posts xbox game download links and burned them. i use memorex dl dvds. it was $20 for a pack of 25.

Not without a hardware modification to your console, and not without breaking the law by downloading the game illegally.

Yes but you need a modchip for your 360.You have to burn the games to a DVD.But you can’t go on Xbox Live because the system checks your system every so often and if it finds the modchip it locks Live for you.I’m not sure about PS2 games on 360.But warning,this is illigeal and if your system locks Live there is also a chance Mircosift knows.If you get found out you will have to pay a fee for all the games you downloaded.Be careful.

yes you have to install a mod chip use torrent sites and be willing to break the law to download them illegally

Yes you can, and it’s legal! There is a feature coming soon to Xbox LIVE called "Games on Demand" which lets you download full feature Xbox 360 games off the Marketplace straight to your hard-drive.
