Can i play ps3 games online with friends in japan?
I live in the U.S. and have an american ps3. my friend however lives in japan and has a japanese ps3 and games. Is it possible for me to add him on my psn friends list and play games online with him?

Yes i think so, There have been many times where i play a game and here chinese people talking, or people from the UK
